Tasting Note
There is a lovely toasty and yeasty character on the nose which shows the time spent on lees. The palate is rich again exhibiting the toasty flavours and some balanced acidity. The secondary fermentation characters of bread add to the flavour profile of the wine. This wine has spent some time on lees and is ready to drink now.Your Opinion

Great for any celabration,or any time.A nice alternative to the dry brut's.The pinot compliment's the chardonnay very well.
