It smells like strawberries and raspberries, is packed with juicy berry flavours and yet still has a spritzy feel on the tongue. This Rosè, made from fantastic Tassie Pinot Noir grapes, is perfect for kicking back on a hot summer afternoon. Serve well chilled.

Rich ripe blackberries dominate the nose but there is also a hint of oak in the backround. The palate again shows the sweet blackberry fruit giving it a rich mouth feel. The wine is fruit driven at present but will also benefit from a little time in the bottle.

There is a lovely toasty and yeasty character on the nose which shows the time spent on lees. The palate is rich again exhibiting the toasty flavours and some balanced acidity. The secondary fermentation characters of bread add to the flavour profile of the wine. This wine has spent some time on lees and is ready to drink now.

The wine is pale straw in colour with some vibrant green hues. A hint of citrus and cut grass gives the wine a lifted nose. The palate again exhibits some citrus flavours and with a balanced acidity the wine has a lovely freshness. The wine has structure and length and allows the fruit flavours to linger in the mouth.
