'From the first vintage in 1967 Elizabeth is cellared to be released at its peak (usually around 4 years of age). This gold medal winning wine displays all the primary fruit characters found in Hunter Semillons. Sweet, lime, juicy and forward - lots of flavour but pared back with dry flinty acidity that's just enough to tighten and square it off.... In short, I like this vintage...
