Established in 1906 in the Grand Cru village of Aÿ, Champagne Lallier has been honing its craft ever since but under the stewardship of Chef de Cave (and now owner) Francis Tribaut since 2000, it is really now reaching for the stars. Production is up eightfold with quality rising as well – a rare combination. You could say Champagne Lallier is an overnight success a century in the making.
