Correct wine appreciation requires the company of friends. This philosophy existed at the birth of The Wine Society and is stronger today than ever. Our events are aimed at bringing people together in an atmosphere where enjoyment is the ultimate goal and gaining wine knowledge is all a part of the game.

The Wine Society regularly runs wine dinners hosted by the people who know the wines the most. A selection of Australia’s finest winemakers, the cream of the crop, and industry legends take our Members through some of their most treasured creations.
