    To become a Member of The Society, you must purchase 25 x $2 shares in The Society. There are no other annual fees or charges and this shareholding fee is fully refundable should you decide to leave.

    I hereby apply for membership of The Australian Wine Consumers Co-operative Society Limited and to be allotted 25 ($2) shares. If my application is approved I agree to be bound by the Rules of The Society which, along with the current annual report and any special resolutions, are available to be inspected at the registered office and any other office of the Society, and to purchase at least $100 worth of wine or services from The Society each year. I understand that I am not allowed to purchase wine or any other liquor products as a Member until my application is approved and I am a Member. I am over the age of 18 years.
