Tasting Notes

Boston#s Mill Pale Ale is a full strength pale ale at 4.9% alc/vol. With its distinctive copper-colour, it is brewed using a combination of traditional pale and crystal malts. The crystal malt imparts some caramel flavours and a lingering, malt sweetness. A traditional ale yeast strain is added, producing fruity esters, whilst distinct hop gifts impart soft bitterness as well as a dominant floral hop character.
