Mornington Peninsula produces some highly acclaimed cool-climate wines, notably Pinot and Chardonnay. Subtle aromas of melon and stone fruit intermingle with nutty oak. The palate is tight and structured with generous stone fruit flavours combining with quality oak to give a finely textured mid-palate. A citrus acidity enhances the fruit flavours and ensures a crisp, clean finish.
