Aromas of dark red fruit and vanillin oak. This smooth, soft and spicy red is rich with Shiraz flavours, supported by firm tannins which provide good length and complexity.

Ripe black fruits with rich dark chocolate and vanillin smoky oak aromas. Medium to full bodied palate weight, characterised by firm tannins and a savoury finish.

Fragrant red roses, summer ripe berries and sweet toasty aromas fill the glass. Layers of dark cherry, spice and a slight hint of cocoa.
2 X HungerfordHill Fishcage Chardonnay 10
The aromas are a rich complex of stone fruit, citrus and subtle vanilla notes. The palate has plenty of focused cool climate Chardonnay flavour. The texture is gentle and crisp and the components of the wine well integrated and terrifically balanced.

Perfume and citrus are evident in the glass. The palate is crisp and clean with lovely citrus characters combining with a mineral acidity to allow the fruit to linger. A refreshing style that will also benefit from a couple of years cellaring.

Lifted aromas of tropical fruits and citrus with a nutty undertone. These subtle aromas carry through to the palate where a racy acid provides a crisp, yet delicate finish.
