"The wine is filled with delectable fruit flavours of feijoa, passionfruit and apple with an accent of kaffir lime note. The palate delivers excellent fruit intensity and lively mouthfeel, wonderfully complemented by refreshing acidity, finishing long and very tasty." Sam Kim

Wonderful Northern Rhone style Syrah - savoury, gamey meats, with dustings of white pepper and tobacco leaf. The palate is elegant and restrained but with great intensity, framed by fine-grained tannins. A long and savoury finish makes this wine very moreish. Outstanding.

"Uses 35% whole bunches on the bottom of the fermenter, 2% viognier skins on top of the whole bunches, then 63% crushed/destemmed on top, left alone to ferment naturally until 2% baume left, then pigeaged, 3 weeks on skins in total, matured in new and used French oak for 18 months. This approach, coupled with 13.5% alcohol, results in a vibrantly fresh, fragrant and lively wine bursting with cherry fruit, spice and pepper. Now the journey in the bottle begins." Halliday Wine Companion

"Single vineyard grenache from the Barossa. Whole bunches, basket pressing, 500l oak, bottled unfined. Crackerjack grenache. Brimful of both power and personality but without being overdone. Florals, blueberries, redcurrant and bitumen. A flash of sweet raspberry but blink-and-you-miss-it. Tannin flings wide through the wine. A beauty." Campbell Mattinson

What a wine! The use of whole bunches during fermentation has given this Pinot a wonderful herbal character, with sappy gaminess and dried cherry aromas. The depth of flavour on the palate is stunning, with incredible concentration and layered complexity. Good length on the finish too, with a spicy, herbal tone. Outstanding.
Item Code: ITM21658
Dried violets, redcurrant fruit, black olive and cedary oak. The stunningly elegant palate is structured and complex with red fruits and a wonderful meaty/gamey savouriness leading to a long finish with layers and layers of flavour. This is reminiscent of the Northern Rhone. Outstanding.

'A brilliant red. Deep, complex, tannic and long. Cork (and storage) permitting it will enjoy an extremely long and fruitful life. It tastes of earth, blackcurrant, cloves, milk chocolate and mint, perhaps even a slip of licorice too. It jumps with flavour right upfront and holds the power throughout. A dry, ropey, sustained finish seals the deal.' Halliday Wine Companion
Item Code: ITM21119
Fragrant jammy aromas of dark fruit with hints of tabacco and dried herbs on the nose. The palate is full-bodied with bright fruit characters up front followed by hints of coffee, liquorice and sweet vanilla oak. Fine tannins result in a long, silky, decadent wine.
Item Code: ITM22247
"Lovely wine. Energetic, textural, aromatic and satisfying. Not a bad combination. Blue, red and black berries. Graphite. Cloves. Violets. And mint. Classic Eden Valley shiraz/syrah. 13.5% alcohol but with plenty of flavour, all presented with a fresh face. Tannin clips it all attractively into line. Ultra-fine is the word." Campbell Mattinson

"Another very different wine: it's savoury, intense and mouthwatering, the tannins with feet all of their own. It steps lightly, with red and black fruits and has that Eden Valley ability to transcend the here and now to look into the future without conscious thought." Halliday Wine Companion
Item Code: ITM15487
"It has both lightness and power; it has wooden racks of spice set into deep cupboards of black cherry; it has anise; it has forest berries, it has florals and it has meat, though all of it sits in the one, neat, tidy room. Tannin is so fine and so bright with spice that it sits like gold thread in an evening gown. It’s a wine of shadows and a wine of light; of shadow and of joy. Pour a glass and behold its beauty, for it is rich in that." Campbell Mattinson
