Australian Cab Savs are commonly made as single varietal wines, with Coonawarra and Margaret River heading most wine lovers’ lists of Cabernet regions.
This wine showcases rich cassis and mulberry aromas combined with cedar notes. The palate is concentrated with dark chocolate and blackcurrant flavours with spicy notes from time in French oak. Fine tannins lead to a persistent finish.
