Australian Cab Savs are commonly made as single varietal wines, with Coonawarra and Margaret River heading most wine lovers’ lists of Cabernet regions.
Lifted aromas of blackcurrant, raspberry and cinnamon spice with hints of vanilla. The palate is generous with ripe, rich red berry fruit backed by soft tannins and leading to a smooth, lingering finish.
