Australian Cab Savs are commonly made as single varietal wines, with Coonawarra and Margaret River heading most wine lovers’ lists of Cabernet regions.
Bright cherry red in colour with a fruit forward nose. On the palate rich flavours of raspberry, blackberry and plum are laced with hints of spice and backed by smooth tannins. A flavoursome wine of good structure and balance.
