Pinot Noir is best known for the light- to medium-bodied reds of regions such as Burgundy and Central Otago (and, in Australia, Tasmania and Adelaide Hills). It also forms part of the classic Champagne blend and is a key contributor to many of the best sparklings. Pinot makes excellent rosés too, with the variety’s delicate charms perfectly suiting this lighter style.
This Pinot Noir displays classic flavours and elegance for which Malborough is renowned. An elegant and concentrated style which features bright fruit flavours of cherry, raspberry, and earth with soft, silky tannins.
