Pinot Noir is best known for the light- to medium-bodied reds of regions such as Burgundy and Central Otago (and, in Australia, Tasmania and Adelaide Hills). It also forms part of the classic Champagne blend and is a key contributor to many of the best sparklings. Pinot makes excellent rosés too, with the variety’s delicate charms perfectly suiting this lighter style.
Bright aromas of cherry and strawberry with hints of spice. The palate is loaded with ripe cherry and blackberry interwoven with earthy characters. Soft tannins and good acid backbone add structure and length. An overall deliciously moreish Pinot Noir.
