Pinot Noir is best known for the light- to medium-bodied reds of regions such as Burgundy and Central Otago (and, in Australia, Tasmania and Adelaide Hills). It also forms part of the classic Champagne blend and is a key contributor to many of the best sparklings. Pinot makes excellent rosés too, with the variety’s delicate charms perfectly suiting this lighter style.
Expressive aromas of raspberry, boysenberry, red cherry and earthy spice. On the palate abundant berry fruit and fine tannins cobine to create a well-structured wine of length and balance that is perfect for early enjoyment.
