Return Policy

The Wine Society offers a 100% quality guarantee.

If when you receive your wine it is damaged in any way, simply contact us and we will replace or credit the value of the damaged wine to your account.

If you taste a bottle and are dissatisfied in any way, call us and we will arrange collection at our cost and refund a credit to the total value of your wine purchase.

Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase). Alternatively a credit may be placed against your account, if you prefer.
