Accessible to the layperson and valuable to the connoisseur; our courses are designed to satisfy the curiosity and educate the minds of the most critical thinkers and leave even the most mildly interested, positively enthused.

Introduction to Wine - Level 1
Our most popular wine education course: A comprehensive eight-hour course covering topics as diverse as the role of the winemaker, the effect of the climate in which the grapes are grown, how to spot faulty wines and, above all, the art of wine appreciation.
Introduction to Wine - Level 2
A deeper, more technical education course looking into the art and science of wine. Taste Australia’s favourite styles matched against wines from the parts of the world that made those varieties famous. Enhance your existing wine knowledge and familiarize yourself with the kaleidoscopic nuances of wine.
For the absolute beginner we suggest our Level 1 course and for those who have done level 1 or are confident that they have an intermediate knowledge we recommend our level 2 course.
