On its own or as part of a blend, Sauvignon Blanc is fully established as one of the most popular grape varieties of all. As a single varietal wine its spiritual home is France’s Loire Valley, but it is in New Zealand’s Marlborough region that it has become a global phenomenon. In Bordeaux, it is traditionally blended with Semillon, a style that has been emulated with great success in Western Australia.
A highly enjoyable Sauvignon Blanc with nectarine, grapefruit and rockmelon characters with an elegant lime zest lift. The palate is generous and flavoursome with excellent fruit intensity. Beautiful structured by a juicy acidity with a lengthy finish.

A hot summer with cool nights has produced a wine with pungent aromatics and crisp acidity. Gooseberry, lime and lemongrass aromas lead into a rich, mouth filling palate that tastes of passionfruit, guava and a lovely chalkiness. The wine is crisp and bright with a lingering finish.
