With all the wines we offer having passed an extremely tough Tasting Panel, it’s never a surprise to see them recognised by Australia’s premier critic. But it’s always nice nonetheless. Each of these featured drops has earned a minimum of 90 points from James Halliday.
A gorgeous white from Tahbilk that you can't beat on value for money. Bright fruit aromas of lemon, lime, pear and guava with floral notes of apple blossom and jasmine. The palate is juicy and taut with lovely citrus and marmalade flavours with hints of savoury spice and minerality towards the finish.

"Minimal oak use. A wine with very considerable power and presence, apricot, peach and fresh ginger combining on the back-palate with an almost savoury impact. There are no oily phenolics to mar this very interesting wine." Halliday Wine Companion

A classic Rhone variety, beautifully interpreted here by Michael Hall. Aromas of chamomile and cut hay, with a savoury, smokiness too. The palate is delicate and poised, showing elegance and restraint, and culminating in a long, lingering finish. Excellent.
