Refunds and date transfers are not permitted within 5 working days of the event date.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event or educational course that is under-subscribed. If this occurs, we will contact you and offer an alternative date.
Winemaker dinners only - If you wish to be seated with a group, please advise us at the time of booking. All other events have unallocated seating.
We are more than happy to cater for any dietary requirements. If you or your guests have any specific needs, please advise us at the time of booking.
We request that you adhere to the event commencement time. Late arrivals are permitted, however you may miss out on any food or wine that has been served.
Event guests consent that The Wine Society and authorised third parties may use event photography and other media for promotional purposes.
Responsible service of alcohol
The Wine Society advocates safety at all times, and always practices the responsible service of alcohol. Any attendee who is intoxicated may be asked to leave, and the cost of the event will not be refunded.
Attendees are reminded that it is an offence to drink and drive. The Wine Society recommends that event participants make alternate travel arrangements.
