This wine displays the classic hallmarks of Nebbiolo, with aromas of cherry, chocolate and hints of tar and rose petal. The palate is well-structured, with firm, supple tannins framing savoury and complex characters.
Perfumed aromas of raspberry and violet with hints of chocolate and cedar. The palate is a juicy mixture of red berries cherry and cassis supported by elegant tannins. Delicate notes of savoury spice on the finish adds complexity and finesse.
A stunning Margaret River blend with aromas of cassis, plum and liquorice, as well as varietal notes of violet and mint. The palate is layered with chocolate, spice, dark fruit and fine juicy tannins.
Lifted aromas of mulberry and maraschino cherry with pepper and floral notes. The palate is medium-bodied with layers of pure fruit characters and firm, grainy tannins. A wine of elegance and length with a promising future ahead.
Deep colour with intense dark fruit, chocolate and mint aromas. The palate is richly layered with flavours of blackberry, cassis and chocolately spice, supported by gently integrated oak that provides structure, balance and length.
Intense aromas of blackberries, liquorice and plums are supported by layers of herbs and vanilla. The palate is soft and rounded with fine tannins and a lengthy finish. Cellar to 2020.
This blend comprises 55% Semillon and 45% Sauvignon Blanc. A sophisticated style, made only from the free-run juice. Complex aromas of snow pea and freshly cut grass flow onto a soft, creamy palate where citrus fruit flavours combine with spicy undertones. A touch of vanilla from time spent in French oak adds structure and balance, and leads into a seamless finish. A beautifully integrated wine.
Bright pale straw with green hues, this wine has a lifted bouquet of fresh lime and jasmine. The palate is driven by natural acidity with flavours of juicy citrus, zest and honey suckle, while a mineral edge adds a textural dimension to the finish.
The quality of this wine is testament to the outstanding 2016 Great Southern vintage, which produced wines with intense colours, aromas and flavours, while achieving perfect tannin ripeness. This wine has a lifted bouquet of citrus blossom and floral tones, and a fresh and zesty palate with an abundance of citrus and grassy characters.
