2 X St Hallett Gamekeeper's Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Pure Cabernet aromas of violet and black fruits with hints of herbs. Flavours of blueberry and cassis with classic minty characteristics create a fresh, vibrant palate, while well-integrated tannins create structure and complexity.

2 X Peter Lehmann Research Road Shiraz Cabernet 2013

This great Aussie blend of Shiraz and Cabernet has been sourced from a single vineyard in the Barossa sub-region of Ebenezer. In this vein, it represents the best of both worlds: a classic blend but from a single site. It combines aromas of chocolate, cherry, violet and blackcurrant with subtle notes of earth, liquorice and spice. Medium in body yet generous in flavour, this is a wellstructured wine with firm tannins and a lengthy finish.
