A wonderfully elegant wine with a savoury, herbal nose of eucalypt, tobacco spice and earth, underpinned by a core of black currant. The mid-weight palate shows great concentration and balance with hints of oak coming in on the long and layered finish. Savoury and moreish.
Fragrant Bramble and mulberry notes with hints of dusty cinnamon and an attractive herbaceous edge. The palate is medium bodied and silky with black fruit and blackcurrant leaf notes. Lovely structure, refreshing and moreish with spicy graphite notes and a long finish.
Juicy fruits are at the heart of this wine. Fresh plums, raspberry, mulberry and blackberry with lovely hints of spice all work together to create a moreish wine. Minimal use of oak and expertly crafted balance, makes this a generous and delicious wine to enjoy time and time again.
Bright aromas of ripe berry fruit and savoury spice continue onto the palate. Well-integrated oak, natural acidity and fine silky tannins add structure and balance and contribute to the lovely long finish.
Lifted aromas of dark fruits and sweet spice with hints of white pepper and toasty oak. The palate is well-structured with ample plush bramble fruit intertwined subtle white pepper and oak, balanced by chewy tannins. A wine of depth, texture and length.
This wine is all about fruit purity and elegance. Although barrel-fermented, and matured on lees, the oak is a background note, adding complexity and texture. The palate is crisp and textural, long and refined with wonderfully balanced acidity and a hint of salinity on the finish. Excellent.
A blend of 53% Viognier 25% Roussanne 22% Marsanne. Intense, oily nose of peach, dried pineapple and apricots with hints of spicy oak. The palate is rich and ripe with lovely stone fruit, floral and honeyed notes layered over creamy integrated oak, rounded out by a leesy complexity on the finish.
