If ever there was a wine that proved the value in blending, it's this. It's just so complete. Combining the best of Shiraz, Grenache, Mourvedre, Carignan and Cinsault it's a gorgeously balanced wine with lifted flavours of vanilla, cinnamon, black olives and pepper.
Deep ruby in appearance, this Cabernet boasts aromas of black fruits. The palate shows remarkable depth of flavour; sweet red and black fruits dominate. The acid and tannins are perfectly balanced, and the length is tremendous.
This Sangiovese-dominant wine has been made using traditional winemaking techniques in the heart of Chianti. It is structural and intense with lush notes of cherry and delicate scents of violet balanced by a fresh line of natural acidity.
'Low yields, exceptional quality' is a fitting summary for this wine. Intense and vibrant with dark fruits, savoury spice and regional notes of dark chocolate and liquorice. Small release of single variety Touriga (only 845 bottles). Originating from Portugal, Touriga Nacional is full-bodied, high tannin red with perfumed aromatics and concentration of flavour. This wine has all the hallmarks of a Tourgia Nacional that can be enjoyed now or devlop further complexity over time.

Sourced from Major Lane Vineyard, which has consistently some of the Hunters most outstanding Semillons, and this wine is no different. Subtle aromatics of citrus and floral notes. The palate displays an amazing structure made up of a refreshing line of acidity leading to a finish of great length and flavour.
A fragrant nose of pear, lemon blossom and a hint of strawberry. The palate is rich yet medium-bodied with a touch of spice amongst the pear-apricot flavours, supported by mouth-watering natural acidity. A well-balance and delicious wine.
Crafted by Moppity Vineyards winemaker Jason Brown, this cool-climate Chardonnay displays clean aromas of citrus and stone fruit. The palate is awash with juicy grapefruit and peach, which are balanced by notes of creamy cashew and French oak. A complex wine with incredible flavour persistence.
Grapes for this Vermentino were carefully selected from a single family-owned vineyard in the Adelaide Hills, under the direction of fifth generation Barossa winemaker Neville Falkenberg. Delicate varietal aromas of grapefruit, lime and lychee are complemented by a crisp palate of Nashi pear with hints of ginger and exotic spice.
