Only the best wineries become fixtures in our cultural landscape, and Tyrrell’s is case in point. One of Australia’s First Families of Wine, Tyrrell’s has become steeped in our nation’s wine history and has remained at the top by consistently delivering high quality classic Australian wines across all price points. Extraordinary value for money, Tyrrell’s 1858 range pays homage to their founding year, and there’s not much we can say other than they are bloody good drops!
Under $15 and classic Tyrrell's quality, you'd be foolish not to grab at least a case.
Sourced from a small selection of Tyrrell’s favourite Chardonnay blocks, this wine was matured in French oak barriques, and spent time on yeast lees to give the palate added complexity and texture. It shows lifted citrus with a slight hint of oak, with both weight and balance.
